We are proud of what our community has to offer all year round! From refreshing summer and fall rides in speedboat to enjoying the long days of spring snowmobiling, there is something for everyone!

During the summer months, relax on the water – kayak, canoe or speedboat - and take in the beautiful scenery. Trying your hand at fishing or keeping an eye out for whales, is always a satisfying experience.

In August, the annual Salmon Festival offers live entertainment, fun & games and a colossal salmon feast. Check it out under the "For Visitors" tab!

Did you know that our boardwalk is the second longest wooden boardwalk in North America?! Take a casual stroll to one of the picnic tables set up along the way or challenge yourself to the end (8.4 kilometres!). Our boardwalk boasts a pristine coastline where walkers can see Minke whales, seals and sea birds. Check it out in "Attractions" under the "For Visitors" tab!

With the first snowfall of winter comes the excitement of snowshoeing, snowmobile riding, ice fishing and dog sledding!

Spring brings with it long days of sunshine and beautiful, warm weather, making it one of the favorite seasons! The annual Tikigiaksaugusik Cultural Festival is a time for all to experience dog team racing, traditional outdoor activities as well as a community feast. Check it out under the "For Visitors" tab!
